Are you a good person? Have you kept the Ten Commandments? Have you lied (even once)? Ever stolen anything? If you said yes, you?ve admitted that you are a lying thief. The Bible says that if you hate someone, you are a murderer (1 John 3:15). Jesus said, ?Whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart? (Matthew 5:28). The Second Commandment forbids bowing down to images of anything (Exodus 20:4,5). We are told ?It is appointed to men once to die, but after this the judgment? (Hebrews 9:27). There?s no second chance. If God gives you justice on Judgment Day, you will be guilty and end up in Hell. But there?s good news: Jesus su?ered and died on the Cross, taking the punishment for your sins: ?God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us? (Romans 5:8). Then He rose from the dead and defeated death. If you repent and trust only in the Savior, God will forgive you and grant you eternal life-- ?For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast? (Ephesians 2:8,9). Jesus said, ?Unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God? (John 3:3). If you are not born again, you cannot enter Heaven. To be born again, pray something like this: ?Dear God, I confess I am a sinner. Thank you that Jesus took my punishment upon Himself when He died on the Cross for my sins, and then rose from the dead, defeating death. Today, I repent of my sins and place my trust in Jesus Christ alone (not in a church or my good works). Thank you for this free gift of salvation. In Jesus? name. Amen.? Read John 14:21, then 1 Tim. 2:5: ?There is . . . one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus.? Once you are born again, you can go directly to God. You don?t need to go through a priest, the saints, or even Mary. The true Church has only one foundation?Jesus Christ (1 Cor. 3:11). Trust Him alone for your salvation. Read your Bible daily and obey what you read. Thank you for reading this.
